HDP-I Inclined Stair Lift

Belonging to our accessibility range, the HDP-I is intended for the removal of architectural barriers by moving straight along the length of a flight of stairs. By means of its inclined displacement it makes it possible that both public and private buildings and their dependencies, have easy to handle and totally reliable equipment, which enables the movement of all people with reduced mobility, be they in wheelchairs or not.

Range of Application

  • Rated load: 225 kg.
  • Rated speed 0.10 m/s.
  • Tilting range from 20º to 45º (see for lower ranges).
  • Synchronised telescopic hydraulic cylinder for travel up to 1800 mm, direct thrust and single acting type of indirect thrust diver (ratio 2: 1) for travel from 1800 mm to a maximum of 8000 mm.
  • Rated travel up to 1800 mm.
  • Intended for people with impaired mobility.

Technical specifications

  • Drive system by means of a single acting hydraulic cylinder, direct or indirect thrust, ratio 2:1, for a maximum travel of 8 m.
  • Rated speed 0,10 m/s.
  • Hydraulic unit with solenoid valve for progressive start and stop, manual lowering emergency valve.
  • Hydraulic silencer (inside the hydraulic unit) to reduce the transmission of noise and vibrations to the structure.
  • Pre-assembled electrical 24 VDC operation, hold to run. The platform will only operate when the button is pressed.
  • Electrical main control box and hydraulic power unit integrated in the same cabinet.
  • Console with push buttons on platform: with a key switch (validation of carrier switch panel) that will illuminate when activated, with a mushroom stop button and up and down push buttons that light up when they are pressed.
  • Stainless steel landing push button control panels.
  • Two stops.
  • Standard dimensions 1000 x 760 mm (lever-width) / stair width 1000 mm.
  • Non-slip aluminium floor.
  • Possibility of up to three boarding sides, with ramp in the platform for access from lower floor.
  • Three-phase electric motor 1 HP (750 W).
  • Plate closed guides.
  • Finished in RAL 7035 (light grey) and RAL 9005 (jet black) combined

Safety systems

  • Manual protection arms. They will have a clutch system for situations of overexertion in their movement, guarding against possible collisions with obstacles.
  • Fixed sheet metal protection in guide areas to avoid entrapment with the movable parts of the platform.
  • Emergency power supply, which enables descent to level 0, in case of a power cut.
  • Pressure relief valve.
  • Hydraulic safety system.
  • Run end mechanical safety contact.
  • Anti-crushing device under the platform.

Options

  • Single-phase electric motor 1.5 HP (1.1 kW).
  • Automated folding base, by acting on the corresponding hold to run landing push buttons
  • Automated folding of arms on pushing up or down push buttons.
  • Automated control for locking system of upper landing door.
  • Remote control: to perform the same functions as from the platform or landing push-buttons (constant pressure).
  • Overload pressure switch and its luminous button on control panel in carrier.
  • Alarm button on control panel in cabin.
  • Key switches replacing push-buttons (restricted use).
  • Prepared for bad weather.
  • Other dimensions of platform (see). For less than standard dimensions, this may not be compatible with the use of a wheelchair.
  • Other finishes (see).
